About Me​

I’m Chelsea Neulieb, founder and President of Silver Linings Consulting—a certified Holistic Health Practitioner and strategic consultant with a heart for aging well. I bring hands-on experience in health navigation and wellness programming, along with deep expertise in aging care strategy, risk management, and organizational growth. Whether I’m guiding older adults and their families or advising mission-driven organizations, my approach blends compassion, clarity, and real-world impact.Right now, I’m a one-woman powerhouse—but as Silver Linings grows, so will the team behind it.

My Journey​

I’ve spent over a decade working in the aging network, specializing in older adult nutrition and wellness programs. I earned my Bachelor of Social Work from Indiana University Bloomington, and since then, I’ve been designing and managing innovative initiatives that help older adults lead healthier, more independent lives.Throughout my career, I’ve been deeply involved in advancing community-based programs that address the unique challenges of aging. I’ve developed and implemented initiatives that improve nutrition, enhance wellness, and promote sustainable living for older adults. My work is rooted in strong partnerships—with local community organizations, healthcare providers, and government entities—to ensure holistic support for aging populations.

 

Life & Wellness

I live in New Palestine, Indiana with my wife, two lively cats, and our small but spirited senior dog, Luna, who confidently rules the home. I’m a passionate wellness advocate, and I draw energy from nature, movement, and the transformative power of holistic living. Whether I’m lifting at Hancock Wellness Center CrossFit or exploring nutrition, nature, and functional wellness, my approach is grounded in everyday practices that nurture body, mind, and spirit.

Through Silver Linings Consulting, I channel this mission into actionable, compassionate solutions that elevate holistic aging care. My belief is simple yet profound: healing and health begin with understanding, and real progress unfolds when curiosity and compassion lead the way.
